This is a family friendly holiday village when confirming your booking you agree to conduct your self in a manner that befits a family friendly park, which includes allowing those who wish to sleep at night to do so.
The Park is also a Wildlife Haven so please respect our animal residents. Should you have any difficulty with our wildlife, please come to reception so that we can take care of if.
Please do not feed the Wallabies as they are grass eaters.
Tent sites are no longer permited in this Eco park.
Dogs, (other than Guide Dogs) boats, or jet skis are not allowed.
Other important information
Our ablution block showers use $1.00 for 5mins we always have $1.00 coins available in the office.
There is a creek that runs through our park, if you have children please keep them under supervision all the time.
If making a booking we require a non-refundable deposit for the first night.
Some suggestions/tips on what to bring.
Now that we have all the really important information out of the way, we can move onto some sugestions on what to bring should you choose to stay with us.
We recommend that you bring a torch and some red cellophane (if you are going to see the fairy penguins). We do have some in the office however they run out very quickly so we can not guarantee that you will get a torch should you forget to bring one.
Bring your bikes if you have any as it's a great place to ride.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit of a one night stay is required to confirm your booking.
Any cancelations or alterations to length of stay i.e. shortening of period booked will be charged for full period unless 30 days notice is given prior to arrival.
Insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation for travel.
When making a booking you accept the following conditions.
Check in time: 2.00 pm
Check out time: 10.00 am
It is accepted by you that you will leave the accommodation facilities clean and tidy and that the costs of any damages or any extra cleaning that needs to be carried will be paid for in full by you.
Please note that extra charges may apply for the use of extra beds.
